We pride ourselves on customer service. If your order is placed in before 3:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) it will be shipped that same day (depending on availability of product). All orders are F.O.B.
Our terms are Net 30. Please send your credit application or ask one of our customer service representative to send you one. If you prefer to pay with a credit card we accept Visa, Master Card and American
Express credit cards.
Anytime you are unhappy with a purchase please call us and let us know, in most cases your product can be returned without a restocking charge. Non-Stock Items will have a restocking fee. We are always happy
to exchange your product for something else or give you a credit if necessary. Sorry no returns on special order items or printed items, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
